What types of personal data we collect ?

Life and Soft collects the following data :

– Personal identification information : First name, last name, email address, phone number.
– Data relating to your organization.
– Data relating to your browsing on our site.
– Data relating to your application (resume, cover letter, etc…).

You directly provide Life and Soft with most of the data we collect for one of the following reasons:

How do we store your data?

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

Your information is stored securely on servers located within the European Union, and will be kept for the duration of our commercial relationship, with 5 years in intermediate storage for reasons of legal prescription.

Unless you object, we will keep your data for canvassing purposes for 3 years from the date of your last contact or the end of the contractual relationship, as the case may be.

We retain data relating to your browsing of our website for 1 year from the date of collection.

At the end of these retention periods, personal data will be deleted or made anonymous.

 

Your data rights

Under data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and, where applicable, object to the use of your personal data.
