Adapted to several kits on the market, the SARS- CoV2 workflow exploits sequencing data from Nanopore and Illumina.

Kits : Nimagen, COVIDseq and ARTIC.

Panel Custom

Viro LifePipe® Custom, can handle many viruses from different panels.

Customers can choose from a panel of respiratory viruses (Adenovirus, Rhinovirus, Influenza, etc.) or a custom panel.

This workflow is adapted to data from Nanopore and Illumina technologies.
