Who are we ?
Based in France since 2013, Life & Soft is a company with three primary activities:
Life & Soft develops and markets bioinformatics software. To provide turnkey solutions covering the project from sequencing to data analysis, we also operates a sequencing platform within the CEA of Fontenay-Aux-Roses thanks to a collaboration since 2020.
Simultaneously, Life & Soft offers consulting services to pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, as well as medical biology and research laboratories.
With a versatile and multi-skilled team, Life & Soft supports you in your projects, identifies your needs, and provides tailor-made solutions.

Our sequencing platform is capable of managing the entire sequencing process, from study planning to data analysis. We offer a variety of sequencing applications, including whole genome sequencing (WGS), RNAseq, and targeted sequencing.

Successful test for our first RNA sequencing on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies P2Solo.
The P2Solo, with its high-capacity flow cells, has allowed us to optimize sequencing costs and increase multiplexing! Looking forward to seeing the combination of this P2Solo with the upcoming chemistry 14 for RNAseq applications. Stay tuned for more results!
